In the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage, RSM will
- develop the safety and health plan as submitted by PSDP
- monitor the performance and compliance of contractors in line with SHWW regulations
Coordinate with Contractors
- the elimination of hazards and the reduction of risks during construction
- the provision of information
- the provision and maintenance of welfare facilities
- measure to restrict entry to site
- checking certification where required of on-site plant and machinery, this also extends to employee safe pass and training records
- the appointment of site safety representatives where applicable
- the reporting on accident & incidents to the HSA
The PSCS will also gather the required information necessary for presentation to the PSDP for the safety File
